Purpose Statement

I first approached my husband, John, about offering modest, conservative sewing patterns for sale because it was getting increasingly harder for me to find sewing patterns that would be not only pretty and modest, but easy to make. We were able to find a few companies that sold such patterns and we worked out agreements to purchase their patterns for resale. This has been successful for years but we still desire to offer more. We consider this a ministry given to us by our Lord and want to give Him our best. We receive emails often thanking us for providing sewing patterns for styles that are not only modest and feminine, but timely and we do not take this lightly. You all have been so supportive and helpful and we are truly humbled by the response we have received.
A few years ago, we were able to purchase the entire stock of Common Sense Designs and can now make their lovely patterns available for the home seamstress. We have around 300 different styles that over time will be available. Please be patient with us as these patterns were for retail garment production and need some updating to make them 'easy' to assemble.
We would appreciate any comments you might have as to how we could improve what we offer. Rest assured, we are here for you and will make necessary adjustments, as time permits, to make our patterns something to be highly valued. - Kathy
